    This means, you do not worry that a customer will schedule an employee for a service they are not qualified to provide.
    Or, if the employee is not working that on day, or at that location.

    Or, if there are simply not enough employees available at that time to provide the requested.
    Or, so many other logistics that make scheduling a nightmare.

  • Visitors can only schedule employees that have indicated they can provide the desired service at the requested location on that Day of the Week at that time.
  • If the Employee is already scheduled with another client?
    The calendar will not show the Employee as available.


    If the Employee is taking time off?
    The calendar will not show the employee as available.


    If the desired Service requires multiple employees, but there aren't enough available?
    The calendar will not show the employee as available. 


    If the desired Location has exhausted the limited capacity? The calendar will not show the employee as available.

  • To your visitor, your employee will only be able to be scheduled if there is true availability
  • Upon scheduling, our system will handle emailing the customer a confirmation, as well as notifying the employee(s) who have been scheduled.

    You can even send an email to the Administrator as notification of a new Appointment being scheduled.

  • Depending upon your configuration, the system will have either automatically approved the new appointment, or it will be waiting for Administrator Review for approval.

    When approval is required, the email notifications are slightly different.

    Employees are only notified of new appointments upon appointment approval.
  • Depending upon your configuration, the customer may have registered a new account.
    When that happens, our system sends out an email verification request.
    That is the automated mechanism for validating new online schedulers.
    If your client verifies their account, they can login and access a full account profile.

    Depending upon your configuration, customers can use an online interface to change their appointment, and even cancel it if needed.
  • Prior to the scheduled appointment, our system will send out email reminders to the customer, the employee(s) and the administrator (if desired).
  • The system can be set to automatically mark appointments as complete, or your administrator will be asked to review and mark the appointments completed.
  • You can even create Email Campaigns.

    You can configure the system to send automated emails for Session Followup, Reschedule Reminders, etc. 
  • And that is just the basic "what it takes to schedule your client" functionality our system offers.
